Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the e2a.bot platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. e2a.bot reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

e2a.bot provides on-demand, isolated compute sandboxes powered by AWS Firecracker microVMs. Sandboxes are ephemeral — they are created via API, execute workloads, and are destroyed when no longer needed. The Service includes API access, WebSocket streaming, and a web dashboard for management.

3. Accounts & Authentication

You must register with a valid email address. Authentication is handled via one-time passcodes (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity under your account.

4. Credit-Based Billing

Usage is billed in credits. New accounts receive 100 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased via Stripe. Credits are consumed based on compute resources (CPU, RAM), LLM token usage, billable tool calls, and workspace storage. Credit rates are published on the Pricing page. e2a.bot may adjust rates with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Run cryptocurrency mining or distributed denial-of-service attacks
  • Attempt to escape the sandbox or access the host system
  • Store or transmit malware, illegal content, or credentials harvested without consent
  • Abuse compute resources beyond fair-use limits

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Data & Sandboxes

Sandboxes are ephemeral by default. All data within a sandbox is destroyed when the sandbox is terminated. Workspace storage (opt-in) persists data in S3 and is subject to the storage credit rate. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before sandbox termination.

7. API Keys & LLM Credentials

When using the BYO LLM key feature, your LLM API keys are passed through to the sandbox at runtime and are never stored by e2a.bot. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your LLM provider account.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. e2a.bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount of credits purchased in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, all active sandboxes are destroyed and unused credits expire after 90 days. e2a.bot may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
